About

Moving to you, to get you moving at your best.

Moving Healthcare was established in 2020 to cater for the ever-expanding need for home-based Allied Health Services and a genuine love for helping people achieve their goals.

We are a specialist provider of home-based Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy to Metropolitan Melbourne.

We cater to a wide range of patient needs at all stages of the lifespan, with a particular interest in the management of those living with a disability, neurological conditions, post-operative rehabilitation and aged care.

We adopt safe, effective, evidence-based interventions to maximise independence in individuals with compomised function that results from primary pathological processes and resultant impairments.

We help you overcome barriers that may be hindering your function as a result of musculoskeletal and neurological diseases or injuries, such as fractures or strokes.

Managing Director | Principal Physiotherapist

Gabriella graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Health Sciences and a Master of Physiotherapy Practice in 2013.

With over a decade of clinical experience, she has worked across acute hospitals, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, private practice, clinical Pilates, and community-based settings. She has extensive experience supporting people with complex neurological, musculoskeletal, and cardiorespiratory conditions, and is confident managing multifaceted presentations that require both strong clinical reasoning and thoughtful coordination of care.

She believes the most powerful outcomes are not only physical improvements, but increased confidence, independence, and genuine forward momentum.

She established the business with a clear vision to provide respectful, high-quality, home-based allied health services that prioritise movement, dignity, and human connection. Under her leadership, Moving Healthcare has grown into a trusted provider supporting NDIS participants, Support at Home clients, and privately paying individuals across Melbourne.

She has a strong understanding of the evolving NDIS landscape and is highly experienced in writing detailed clinical reports, collaborating within multidisciplinary teams, and advocating for appropriate funding so clients can access the supports they need.

As someone who personally loves to move and participates in a range of sports and physical activities, Gabriella understands both the physical and psychological barriers that can impact movement. Her approach is grounded in the values of Support, Gratitude, Joy, and Movement, empowering people to move better, build confidence, and live with greater freedom.
